Froggy’s Closet is doing a shoe drive in February. If anyone would like to donate a pair of shoes for children from infant to 18 years old. There will be a bin in the narthex to collect them. Doris Saintmeyer will deliver them the last week of February.
Froggy’s is a shop where clothes, shoes, books, toys, high chairs, car seats and other necessities are given to foster at risk and in need children in the Shenandoah Valley. Essential items are also provided to children who are at-risk or in need by referral from the Department of Social Services, The Laurel Center, Fremont Street Nursery, The Winchester Day School, Head Start Program and other school guidance counselors, nurses and pediatric offices. All made possible through generous donation from the community.
