Greetings from Welltown United Methodist Church. We’re glad you are checking us out and want to know a little bit more about us. Welltown is a church community located in Clearbrook, Virginia with a big heart for ministry in our local community.
At Welltown we host a weekly food pantry on Thursday Nights, participate in the Winchester Area Temporary Thermal Shelter, learn about Christ together in worship, Sunday School, and midweek Bible study, feel the Holy Spirit in us as we pray and grow together.
Our Mission is to call, to equip and to send people as the Body of Christ. This means that we believe we have all been called by God and we are a part of this community as an answer to that call; we recognize a need in our lives to grow closer to God as we are equipped through prayer, Bible study and worship with one another; we believe we are sent out into our community and our world to do Christ’s work and call others by telling them the good news of Jesus Christ.
